What makes JUST WATER different from traditional bottled water?
JUST WATER is packaged in a paper-based carton made from 82% renewable resources, including FSC-certified paper and plant-based plastic derived from sugarcane. Our goal is to reduce carbon emissions and plastic waste compared to standard PET bottles.
Where is the water sourced from?
Our water is 100% spring water, sourced from Glens Falls, New York. We only bottle the excess water that the community doesn't need, ensuring we maintain a sustainable and respectful relationship with the local ecosystem.
Do you offer subscription services for regular deliveries?
Yes, we offer a flexible subscription model where you can save 15% on every order. You can choose your delivery frequency and pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
What is your shipping policy and estimated delivery time?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Can the JUST WATER cartons be recycled?
Absolutely. Our cartons are 100% recyclable. You can recycle them in any community that accepts beverage cartons. The paper fibers are reclaimed to make new paper products, and the plant-based plastic is repurposed into industrial materials.
What is your return policy for food and beverage products?
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on water. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
